SHAREHOLDER acquires minimum of five (5) shares and maximum of ten (10) shares. That makes you a part owner of MUDI Group. Thus MUDI Farms Ltd and MUDI HajjUmra Services Ltd.
INVESTOR acquires one or more acres of Cashew farms and it is managed by MUDI, the profits which comes after three years is shared with MUDI proportionally after all deductions including taxes and Zakat.
HOW TO INVEST IN CASHEW PROJECT
The Muslim Ummah Development Initiative (MUDI) subsidiary, MUDI Farms Ltd., has acquired a 2,195 acre land in Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo Region for cashew plantation, soya beans, rice, livestock, etc.
Investors in the Cashew Plantation are required to invest in the equivalence of one or more acres of the plantation.
Register with our office and pay GHS3,200 in two and half years (instalments) per acre, and receive reasonable returns of your investment annually for 22 years, in-shaa Allah.
Note that MUDI Group shareholders will set aside 10% of the dividend for Zakat payment (into MUDI Zakat House fund) to award scholarships to brilliant but needy students, and also to develop the capacity of Muslim organizations nationwide.
